What you’ll be doing
- Own paid acquisition – Manage and scale campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other lead-bidding marketplaces, making data-driven decisions on where to scale, pause, or reallocate spend based on performance and business goals.
- Optimize the conversion funnel - Drive performance from first click through paid conversion by refining landing pages, messaging, targeting, and conversion flows to improve efficiency and ROAS.
- Develop high-performing content – Craft, test, and continuously refine positioning, offers, and messaging across all paid ad formats. Contribute copy and messaging improvements where needed to maximize conversion and performance.
- Drive growth - Ship quickly, measure clearly, double down on what works, and proactively identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels to unlock incremental growth.
- Use data to drive decisions and forecasting – Analyze performance data to inform budget allocation and forecasting, and clearly communicate insights, projections, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you should bring to the table
- 5+ years managing paid acquisition (Google Ads) with significant budgets
- Experience with B2B freemium-based acquisition
- Strong writing and content development skills, particularly for performance marketing and conversion-focused campaigns
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and performance-driven content
- Deep understanding of analytics, funnel economics, CAC, LTV, and payback models
- SaaS experience (Online Form industry experience is a plus)
