As the UI Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the Art Director, developers, and client teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly, and highly functional web and mobile interfaces that are in line with the client's brand and business goals.We’re looking for someone who:- Is passionate about enhancing user experience and achieving client goals through thoughtful design- Demonstrates high attention to detail and excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills- Is committed to lifelong learning and professional development- Excels in devising creative and intuitive design solutions- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams- Holds a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, digital media, or related fields- Skills in UX design, wireframing tools, and motion graphics are a plusWhat will you do?As a UI Designer, you will:- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet both client objectives and user needs- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and final layouts that effectively communicate design ideas- Engage in client and team meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback- Work with the Art Director and development teams to maintain brand and UI cohesion across multiple platforms and projects- Ensure designs adhere to technical constraints and usability best practices- Translate client requirements and business goals into innovative, meaningful, and functional user interfaces- Utilize analytics data to assess the success of the design and make improvements- Adhere to internal deadlines, procedures, and approval workflows- Actively incorporate client and/or team feedback to refine designsWhat are the perks?From tech startups to local artisans, our 100+ clients offer you the chance to work on diverse projects that make a real-world impact.
