If you apply for this position and are not currently living in the Columbia Metropolitan area, we will take that as a clear indication that you will move in order to meet the hybrid requirements of this position.Who are we looking for?A digital marketing professional with a positive attitude to join our Client Services team as a Digital Account Strategist (Client Services).Education + Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of web-related client strategy, digital marketing, account management, or digital project planning experience in an agency environment working with large-scale accounts.- An individual who thrives on creating business impact, understanding client goals, and synthesizing multiple inputs into a cohesive strategy.- The work moves fast, so organization and excellent time-management skills are a must.- Our quality standards are high, which requires strong attention to detail as well as the ability to stay focused on clients’ long-term strategic goals.- Interest in and knowledge of the web, web-related technologies, and digital marketing principles.- Proven experience in brand management, and/or marketing strategy/consulting.- Proven experience in relationship management.- Proven ability to function successfully within a team environment and to build consensus across multiple teams.- Strong writing and presentation skills are a must.What will you do?As a Digital Account Strategist, you will: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business; translate client objectives into actionable scopes of work; partner with Account Managers; lead strategic planning sessions; identify and shape opportunities to deepen client engagements; collaborate to ensure strategic plans are executed effectively; monitor account health and performance; use data and feedback to refine strategies.
