PLEASE NOTE: This is a HYBRID position, with a requirement of 50% in-office time in Columbia, South Carolina. If you apply for this position and are not currently living in the Columbia Metropolitan area, we will take that as a clear indication that you will move in order to meet the hybrid requirements of this position.Who are we looking for?A digital marketing professional with a positive attitude to join our Client Services team as a Digital Account Manager.Education & Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of web-related account management, communications, and/or marketing experience in an agency environment working with large-scale accounts. Digital Project/Account Management experience preferred.- Thrives on creating business impact; strong organization and time-management; attention to detail; interest in web technologies and digital marketing principles; proven brand/marketing strategy and relationship management experience; ability to build consensus; strong writing skills.What will you do?As a Digital Account Manager, you will support clients from strategy to tactical execution: partner with clients to develop long-term strategies; identify opportunities; manage multiple accounts (budgeting, billing, resource allocation); collaborate across teams; supervise all client service and project work; provide timely support and strategic guidance; set and manage expectations.
