This is a HYBRID position, with a requirement of 50% in office time in Columbia, South Carolina. If you apply for this position and are not currently living in the Columbia Metropolitan area, we will take that to indicate that you will move to be able to meet the hybrid requirements of the position.Who are we looking for?- A digital marketing professional with a positive attitude to join our Client Services team as a Digital Account Manager.- Education + Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of web-related account management, communications, and/or marketing experience in an agency environment working with large-scale accounts. Digital Project/Account Management experience preferred.- An individual who thrives on creating business impact, understanding client goals, and synthesizing multiple inputs into a cohesive strategy.- The work moves fast, so organization and excellent time-management skills are a must.- Our quality standards are high, which requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on clients’ long-term strategic goals.- Interest in and knowledge of the web, web-related technologies, and digital marketing principles are a plus.- Proven experience in brand management, and/or marketing strategy/consulting.- Proven experience in relationship management.- Proven ability to function successfully within a team environment and to build consensus across multiple teams.- Strong writing skills are a must.What will you do?As a Digital Account Manager, you will support in achieving our clients’ goals from strategy to tactical execution:- Partnering with clients to develop and articulate a long-term strategy that utilizes digital capabilities to create business impact.- Leveraging your understanding of client needs and internal subject matter experts to identify opportunities that deliver value to both the client and Cyberwoven.- Managing multiple accounts and demonstrating a mastery of account management, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation, ensuring effective financial management and profitability of the account.- Collaborating across teams to work towards client business objectives.- Supervising/Managing all your clients’ service and project work, closely monitoring quality, scope, budget, and timeline.- Providing your clients with timely support and issue management, as well as strategic guidance regarding work planning and prioritization.
