Important NoteThis is not a social media account management role. We are seeking a well-rounded digital marketer with full-funnel experience across paid media, marketing automation, and performance analytics. While social media is one channel within the mix, candidates whose experience is primarily limited to social media management will not be a fit.Location RequirementThis is a hybrid role requiring approximately 50% in-office presence in Columbia, South Carolina. Candidates not currently based in the Columbia metropolitan area should be prepared to relocate to meet this requirement.Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a performance-driven digital marketing professional who brings both a strategic perspective and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building strategy, executing campaigns, and using data to drive decisions and outcomes.You are someone who:- Thinks beyond channels and focuses on business outcomes and client impact- Brings both breadth across the digital ecosystem and depth in key performance channels (paid media, automation, analytics)- Has strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills- Is naturally curious and continuously adapts to evolving platforms, tools, and trends- Uses data fluently to diagnose performance, uncover insights, and guide optimization- Builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with clientsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred- Four (4)+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving measurable results- Demonstrated experience across multiple areas, including: demand generation and inbound marketing; paid media (search, social, display); SEO/SEM; conversion rate optimization; marketing automation and lead nurturing; performance reporting and analytics- Proficiency in industry tools such as: Google Ads + Google Analytics; LinkedIn Ads + Meta Ads Manager; Email/automation platforms (i.e. Mailchimp or similar); SEO tools (i.e. SEMrush, Moz); Other platforms such as HubSpot and SalesforceWhat will you do?As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own and support initiatives across the full marketing funnel, from strategy through execution and optimization.- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies spanning paid, owned, and earned channels- Partner with internal teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities for clients- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans- Continuously evaluate and apply best practices, tools, and emerging trends- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities- Build and deliver clear, insight-driven reports and dashboards- Proactively optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI- Present results and recommendations to clients, translating complex data into clear, compelling narrativesWhat are the perks?From cultural organizations to banks, our 100+ clients give you the opportunity to create impact across an exciting range of industries.
