Job Description

This position will provide support to the Production by:

  • Following processes and procedures directly related to Production
  • Perform New product setup/Build ,verifying operation and function complete tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Development and Train His/Her Personal Development
  • Providing insight and assistance to Team members when new projects/processes arise
  • Searching for efficiency opportunities in processes.

The ideal candidate should take in active role in Production improvements evaluating new technology and tools. Ensure goods and services are inspected efficiently and that the goods is produced at the right level of quality.

Job Summary

  • Test materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards
  • Development and Train His/Her Personal Development
  • Providing insight and assistance to Team members when new projects/processes arise
  • Searching for efficiency opportunities in processes.

The ideal candidate should take in active role in Quality Control improvements evaluating new technology and tools. Ensure goods and services are inspected efficiently and that the goods is produced at the right level of quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Processes involving Quality Control, completing
  • Ensure that production or manufacturing processes and products created meet the quality specifications that are laid down by the company.
  • Delivering Finished Products ready to be shipped
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports
  • Evaluate draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standard
  • Identify areas for quality control improvement
  • Support for any Kit build Issues
  • Ensuring kit builds are running as expected
  • Performs equipment failure analyses
  • Check for defects and identify and distinguish Quality rejections
  • Encourage and enforce cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions
  • Focus on corrective actions in order to make sure that products meet required specifications
  • Initiate training for workers concerning safety programs to protect employees against work hazards
  • Co-operate with government agencies during inspections in order to meet and maintain high production standards
  • Work with the management and production managers to ensure that only quality products are produced
  • Ensure that no expired raw material is used for production
  • Help to check and update quality control policies

Preferred Qualifications

Equivalent Education Level Preferred: An Associate degree Manufacturing (Technician) , or its equivalent. 2-3 years of related experience in computer repair Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under daily supervision.

Experience Required: 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical/ Manufacturing environment or similar role.

Knowledge Required: Technical background, with experience: 2-3 years. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Entry level Skill with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel and Power Point. Maintaining production quality standards by inspecting and testing finished products to ensure the conform with specifications and codes. Capable of working independently to a production schedule. SW Installation and implementation background. Computer Repair 2-3 yrs. Ability to perform equipment failure analyses and trouble shoot complex production equipment/systems Hardware and Software issues

Physical Requirements: Sitting for moderate periods of time; standing for moderate periods of time; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers.

Travel: Available as needed with appropriate notice, but no significant travel is anticipated for this position.
