Key Responsibilities

Compensation: $55,000 annual salary + $216,000 on-target commission (OTC)

  • Sales Execution: Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential customers through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively position Diesel Laptops' software solutions as the ideal fit for their business requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our software offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations in collaboration with the sales support team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and success by providing exceptional post-sales support, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in diagnostics software sales; B2C, B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of commercial truck and off-highway vehicle repair.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel as needed.
