Position Type: Part-time with potential for full-time growth
We're seeking a SEO Content Writer and Administrative Assistant for a unique hybrid position that combines strategic SEO content creation with light executive support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and wants to contribute meaningfully to both client success and business operations.
This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full-time as the business expands.
Split: 50% client-facing content work | 50% internal operations support What You'll Do
SEO Content Creation (Client-Facing - 50%)
- Research and write SEO-optimized blog posts that position our clients as thought leaders and industry authorities
- Interview clients to gather information that will inform the content you will ghostwrite for them
- Follow keyword briefs to create blog posts, landing pages, and etc. to drive organic traffic for the client
- Refine content based on performance data and client feedback to maximize results
Operations & Executive Support (Internal - 50%)
- Support the Founder with administrative tasks to help improve efficiency and overall business operations
- Manage project workflows and client communications
- Maintain organization across tools like Google Workspace, Loom, and monday.com
- Coordinate with contractors and support client onboarding processes
- Handle administrative tasks like organizing online accounts, cleaning up digital files, and basic data entry

- Detail-oriented - You catch errors and maintain consistency across all work Reliable communicator - You provide clear updates and ask thoughtful questions when needed Growth-minded - You're eager to learn about SEO, content strategy, and business operations
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content, or technical-adjacent roles (such as ops, SEO, product marketing, or marketing tech)
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and content marketing principles
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Interest in digital marketing and helping small businesses grow
- You’re organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoy wearing multiple hats
- You enjoy learning new skills and are interested in marketing, SEO, content ops, entrepreneurship or technical project coordination
Tools You'll Master
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace)
- SEO and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs)
- AI platforms (ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
- Productivity Tools (Loom, Monday, Calendly)
