About the Opportunity
ND3 Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented individual to provide Schools and Mission Support for the USARCENT G37 Training Division at Shaw AFB, SC. This role is the front-line point of contact for all Individual Schools and Training Program administration across HQs USARCENT and its subordinate organizations, including USARCENT-KU, USARCENT-QA, 4th BCD, and 1st Theater Support Command. If you have experience with ATRRS, DTS, and Army schools administration, and take pride in providing accurate, responsive support to Soldiers seeking professional military education — this role is for you.
Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.
Position Summary
The G37 Schools / Mission Support specialist provides all ATRRS analytical and administrative services necessary to plan, coordinate, and execute the Individual Schools/Training Program across the USARCENT enterprise. This individual serves as the first point of contact for incoming customers, manages school quotas and training actions, and maintains classroom facilities and associated equipment. This is a 100% on-site position located at Shaw AFB, SC. Contract Start: 20 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Validate student information in the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS)
· Validate student travel information in the Defense Travel System (DTS)
· Maintain the USARCENT G37 Classroom
· Prepare and maintain student folders for Soldiers attending US Army Schools
· Prepare classroom for scheduled use
· Ensure both NIPR and SIPR computers remain active on the appropriate network
· Maintain the USAARCENT G37 Classrooms
Required Qualifications
· Relevant military or DoD contractor experience in the billet’s functional area.
· Ability to produce clear, concise staff products and brief senior leaders.
· Active clearance commensurate with the billet (minimum Secret unless otherwise specified).
Preferred
· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.
· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.
· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
· Experience as an ODTA/FDTA and supporting enterprise travel operations.
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
