About the Opportunity
ND3 Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Future Operations Integrator to provide surge support to the USARCENT G35 section at Shaw AFB, SC. This role sits at the intersection of Future Operations and Current Operations in direct support of EPIC FURY planning, requiring daily production of orders, CONOPs, and assessments that shape the employment of CFLCC forces and capabilities. If you are a combat-seasoned planner with MEL 4 certification, deep expertise in OPORD production, and the ability to turn real-time strategic problems into published orders — this role is for you.
Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.
Position Summary
The G35 FUOPS Integrator develops, coordinates, and produces orders and planning products across the EPIC FURY mixed Future Operations to Current Operations planning horizon. The integrator refines staff estimates, supports senior leader decision-making, and improves the processes and products that bridge FUOPS and CUOPS planning. This is a 100% on-site position at Shaw AFB, SC, with availability for occasional CONUS TDY. Contract Start: 30 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Produce OPORDs, FRAGORDs, TASKORDs, Information Papers, Information and Decision Briefings, Talking Points, EXSUMs, GEMs, assessments and CONOPs for the employment of CFLCC forces and capabilities in support of EPIC FURY
· Daily develop, coordinate, and produce orders required in the mixed Future Operations to Current Operations EPIC FURY planning horizon
· Develop, refine, and integrate Staff Estimates and mission analysis products to support CFLCC FUOPS and CUOP planning and EPIC FURY OAIs
· Develop real time solutions to strategic and operational EPIC FURY problems during daily actions and activities; turn those solutions into published orders and guidance to subordinate agencies
· Improve, streamline existing processes between FUOPS and CUOPS, or develop new processes or products to support senior leader decision making and the production of clear, concise orders for subordinates and staff to execute
Required Qualifications
· Must possess and maintain an active SECRET
· Veteran with a minimum of MEL 4 certification
· Availability for occasional CONUS TDY
Preferred
· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.
· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.
· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
