About the Opportunity

ND3 Inc. is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to provide surge support to the USARCENT G3/5/7 enterprise at Shaw AFB, SC. This role leads USARCENT exercises from concept through execution across all five phases of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), coordinating across USCENTCOM, FORSCOM, and partner-nation stakeholders to deliver multilateral training events. If you have a strong background in joint exercise planning, scenario development, and logistics coordination, and can operate at pace across multiple simultaneous events in a complex, multinational environment — this role is for you.

Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret (TS/SCI support preferred) security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.

Position Summary

The G37 Exercise Planner leads assigned exercises through the full JELC, developing planning products, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and publishing required reports and briefs. The planner interfaces with USCENTCOM/FORSCOM counterparts and partner nations while supporting the USARCENT G37 Exercise Branch’s long-range calendar and battle rhythm. This is a 100% on-site position at Shaw AFB, SC. Contract Start: 30 March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead assigned USARCENT exercises through all five phases of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).

· Develop planning timelines, conference schedules, site surveys, and key planning products (WARNO, Exercise Directive, Road to War).

· Develop and manage scenarios, exercise objectives, training objectives, and the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL).

· Coordinate communications/automation architecture, modeling & simulation requirements, and exercise control group (ECG) manning and battle rhythm.

· Coordinate movement planning and life support requirements with G4, units, and partner stakeholders (to include APACS and related clearances as required).

· Develop Field Budget Estimates (FBE), build and track annual contractor travel budgets, and track expenditures in support of planning and execution.

· Publish SITREPs, HICON briefs, and senior leader update briefs, support daily exercise synchronization briefs.

· Support After Action Reviews (AARs), post-exercise summaries, and higher HQ reporting (e.g., JTIMS/ARTIMS/G-TSCMIS as applicable).

· Coordinate with USCENTCOM/FORSCOM counterparts and partner-nation stakeholders to enable the execution of multilateral events.

· Maintain and update Exercise Branch briefs and calendars (Long Range Calendar and weekly reporting).

Required Qualifications

· Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance.

Preferred

· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.

· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.

· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.

Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
