About the Opportunity
ND3 Inc. is seeking a seasoned Training and Battle Staff Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the G37 Training Branch of the Training and Exercise Division at U.S. Army Forces Central Command (ARCENT). This role provides comprehensive expertise in training program design, policy development, and long-range planning to sustain the operational and training readiness of U.S. Forces, Joint augmentees, and Coalition Forces within the ARCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR). If you are a functional authority on Army training programs and policies, with expertise in the digital battle staff arena and a proven ability to shape training across combat arms, combat support, and combat service support, this role is for you.
Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.
Position Summary
The G37 Operations and Training Specialist provides senior operational planning services, including the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of multifaceted training programs. The specialist develops training policy, manages long-range training plans, and ensures synchronization with Department of the Army, Western Hemisphere Command, and T2COM directives. This is a 100% on-site position located at Shaw AFB, SC. Contract Start: 30 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Programs of Instruction (POIs) for courses such as the Staff Orientation Course
· Command Training Events Calendar (maintained and updated)
· Command Training Guidance for each fiscal year
· Command-level decision papers, fact sheets, and information papers
· Coordinated staff action responses
· Briefings on training and staff development for command leadership
· Analysis reports on the impact of future combat development, doctrine, threat, and force structure
· Future planning documents to meet the long-range training needs of the total force
· A research library of training materials for self-development
· A comprehensive training assessment model depicting future requirements
Required Qualifications
· Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance
Preferred
· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.
· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.
· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
