About the Opportunity
ND3 Inc. is seeking a highly cleared and strategically experienced Plans, Strategy, and Posture FUOPS Integrator to support the USARCENT G35 section at Shaw AFB, SC. This role requires access to and understanding of Special Technical Operations (STO), Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) war plans, enabling deep integration between strategic-level planning and FUOPS execution. If you hold active TS/SCI and JWICS access, carry MEL 4 certification, and have experience navigating the most sensitive compartments of U.S. military operational planning — this role is for you.
Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI (JWICS) security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.
Position Summary
The G35 Plans, Strategy, and Posture FUOPS Integrator serves as the liaison between external organizations and USARCENT G35, ensuring strategic-level planning is properly compartmentalized and integrated into FUOPS. The integrator conducts long-range EPIC FURY mission analysis, produces decision briefs, and develops the full suite of FUOPS planning products. This is a 100% on-site position at Shaw AFB, SC, with availability for occasional CONUS TDY. Contract Start: 30 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Liaison with external organizations to support strategic planning that is compartmentalized down into FUOPS planning
· Conduct mission analysis long range EPIC FURY planning and provide resulting decision briefs
· Produce EPIC FURY FRAGORDs, Information Papers, Information and Decision Briefings, Talking Points, and EXSUMs
Required Qualifications
· Maintain TS/SCI and JWICS account access to gain a comprehensive understanding of US military Special Technical Operations (STO), Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) war plans in support of G-35 FUOPS planning and integration
· Veteran with a minimum of MEL 4 certification
· Availability for occasional CONUS TDY
Preferred
· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.
· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.
· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
