ND3 Inc. is seeking an experienced Army Aviation professional to serve as a G32 Army Attack Aviation and Maneuver Concept Planner in direct support of USARCENT operations at Shaw AFB, SC. This role drives the coordination, planning, and conceptual design of Army Aviation missions across multiple named operations. If you have an AH-64 pilot background, deep expertise in Army Aviation maneuver planning, and are ready to apply your experience at the operational level in a joint and coalition environment — this role is for you.
Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.
Position Summary
The G32 Army Attack Aviation and Maneuver Concept Planner supports the USARCENT G32 section by developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), synchronizing aviation planning across warfighting functions, and providing subject matter expertise on Army Aviation platforms in support of named operations. This is a 100% on-site position located at Shaw AFB, SC. Contract Start: 30 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordination with all Warfighting Functions (WfF) to ensure seamless integration of Army Aviation capabilities
· Liaison with planners from USARCENT, CFLCC, and joint/coalition forces to synchronize aviation concepts
· Design of innovative mission solutions and aviation maneuver concepts
· Development of detailed Concepts of Operation (CONOPs) for specific aviation missions
· Analysis of the operational environment to identify opportunities and risks
· Provide subject matter expertise on the employment of Army Aviation platforms
· Development and presentation of briefings, reports, and other documentation to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
· Retired Field Grade Officer (CW3+ or O4+) with an AH-64 pilot background
· Recent operational experience
· Experience with AH-64E model, variant 6
· Aviation Mission Survivability Officer (AMSO)
· Aviation Master Gunner (AMG)
· Scout Leaders’ Course (SLC)
· Joint Air Operations Command and Control Course (JAOC2C)
· Echelons Above Brigade Airspace Course (EAB)
· Joint Firepower Course (JFC)
· Air Defense Airspace Manager / Brigade Aviation Element (ADAM/BAE) Course
Preferred
· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.
· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.
· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
