About the Opportunity

ND3 Inc. is seeking six (6) Theater Fires Planners to support the USARCENT G34 Fires Planning Cell at Shaw AFB, SC on a 24-hour operational schedule. These roles serve as principal advisors and subject matter experts for the integration and employment of joint and multinational lethal and non-lethal fires at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level. If you are a seasoned Field Artillery or Air Defense officer with deep joint fires experience, JPME credentials, and the ability to operate around the clock in a complex, high-stakes targeting environment — this role is for you.

Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance as a condition of employment. This is a federal contract requirement and is non-negotiable.

Position Summary

Theater Fires Planners provide 24-hour shift support to the USARCENT G34 Fires Planning Cell, leading and contributing to the full spectrum of theater-level fires and targeting planning. Planners work across the Joint Targeting Cycle, Theater Campaign Plans, and crisis action planning in direct coordination with JFACC and multinational partners. This is a 100% on-site position located at Shaw AFB, SC. Schedule: Shift / 24-Hour Operations | Contract Start: 30 March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and contribute to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning Process (JPP)

· Develop Fires and Targeting portions of Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs

· Ensure long-range precision fires are synchronized with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assets

· Facilitate the Decide, Detect, Deliver, and Assess (D3A) methodology within the Joint Targeting Cycle

· Represent ASCC interests during the Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB)

· Coordinate with Theater Fires Cell, JFACC, and multinational partners

· Support Crisis Action Planning (CAP) cells and draft executive-level Information Papers as needed

Required Qualifications

· 10–12 years of military experience in Field Artillery or Air Defense

· Graduation from Captains Career Course and Intermediate Level Education (ILE/CGSC)

· Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level I/II strongly preferred

· Mastery of FM 3-09 and JP 3-60

· Proficiency with AFATDS, JADSI, and GCCS-J

· Must possess and maintain active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

· Prior USARCENT / CENTCOM / ASCC staff experience or equivalent operational-level experience.

· Experience working in joint/interagency/multinational environments.

· Ability to operate in high-tempo environments.

· Experience with theater fires/targeting systems and the joint targeting cycle.

Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
